Problem with Skin

I have a problem when converting my custom image(skin) into blp. When I use the wc3viewer, it display nothing. someone help?:ggani:

What do you do to convert it and what you mean by it display nothing.
Just tell me all the step you do. I will be able to see what you do wrong ...

The easy way to convert tga into blp is to get wc3 image extractor II.
You open the file, go to save, change the format at bottom to blp and save.
So easy I don't know if its the best way, but i never had any problem with it.
