Wondering how these looks, IE. Are they too big/small, whatever.

The first is back when they were at scaling value of 1.

The second is a scaling value of .75. Wondering how you think it should be tweaked too.

(Second will be posted in a separate post)

The first one is definitely too big... The second one looks better, but I can't really tell... Can re-post the pictures with a default scale footman for size reference?

Well, do you want it to be a boss, or normal unit? Boss is good for second, do .50 or so for normal unit.

Well they're "heros" (I'm going to try to use the universal hero glow draco (I think it was him) created).

The map is essentially a DOTA/CTF mix w/ 3 teams, and the maps is fairly small, being I wanted this map to be a good learning experience* and something I could actually complete.

New screenshot as requested...

*So far it is

That is probably a reasonable size, assuming the terrain will be formatted so they can fit through.

K. Thanks.

Offtopic, is there any way to view how your attachment has been rated?

I know ratings show up by the thread name in the Map Development forum... But I'm not sure if there is another way. (or people just don't rate very often...)

Hmmmm, I like the first one cause its gigantic, but that would be better for cinematic type things, the other ones would be better for a multiplayer game though..

Looks good, could be bigger or less size, it's up to you.

The reason I suggested the smaller size is because it's more easily usable and realistically done. A giant dragon would both take up a lot of space and should do massive amounts of damage. A dragon who's foot is as big as a footman should be instantly killed by a mere stomp. Also, a giant unit often finds it difficult to fit through small areas. I used that very model in it's source game (Neverwinter Nights) and I had to cheat to get an infinite use per day Polymorph so that I could turn into a smaller form. Otherwise I couldn't fit through doors or hallways!

Are you mad? You want that huge model in a battlenet map?
