Are there maps that people dedicate their skills at?

I want to ask, games like Defense of the Ancients had people make tournaments because of its replayability factor, the amount of skills it takes, and it is a game where it splits lamers from real players.

Well, I'm currently making a HUGE game called Economy Advanced: City Rising. It will be *like* Norbo's War (the hardest game I've ever played, but I loved it), but I was wondering if people will think it is a good game for people to dedicate their skills at.

EA: CR has people thinking about everything; from Happiness, to Education rate. There are a hell load of ways to win the game, and how you build the city is up to you. The game is also detailed to the max. Your city can't run without a Power plant. If there are too many buildings, you need a new one. Landfills are not supposed to be near residential areas, so don't build one.

There will be more features, but is this too complicated? I want people to be able to play it like a new Warcraft III.

Yeah, there's going to be modes. This includes a Warfare mode, where some buildings no available in other modes will be built. Of course, all those buildings are going to be war buildings.
