Hi, I'm wanting to make a spell like this: I want it to increase a spell breakers range by 1000 and slow his projection art speed to 350 but i want it to only last for 1 shot, so basicly i want spell thats art is spellbreakers blade, range of 1500 and 200damage, can anyone give me any pointers on making that?

Why not just make a abiltiy like that? base it off storm bolt, and have it like the huntreeses owl thing, so once they use it they cant use it again...i dunno base it off the owl...
