Doodads - Line Of Sight Blocker

Well, To make things short--

If my presumptions are correct Line Of Sight Blocker are used to make areas "undetectable" unless you walk really close too the it.

But, When I use it in my map it works like it was both a Line Of Sight AND a Path Blocker.


// Or must I use Triggers to do this instead?

(I Know how to do it with triggers so I don't need an explanation, just curious about this thing)

Well, you can set pathing to none, that should do the trick.

Keep in mind, yours will probably not have the "C)" in front of it, I use a custom editor.

Hmm, I think you misunderstand me.
What I mean is how the Line Of Sight Blocker works, if I can use it to make some areas "undetectable" until someone is near it. Or if it just blocks the units from not being able to walk there.

(Doodad Palette / "Lordaeron Summer" / Pathing Blockers / Line Of Sight Blocker)

it blocks site and movement in its default forum. remove the pathing to stop it form removing movement, but it will STILL block sight.

Hmm, I made it walkable (Pathing - Is Walkable = true)
It hides areas until I come very close, But it still blocks my units..

change the pathing - pathing texture to None. thatell do it. just like cola said :P
