Alternative Necromancer (witchdoctor model)

Hey guys, made another, and took much longer on this one.
This is going to be my necromancer in the ToB type map i'm making... Necro model is going to be used as my demonologist, but thats too much of a recolor to post here, whether he looks cool or not.

Anyways, I put a lot of hard work in this one; tell me what you think.
And yes, I made that skull, not CnP or any of that bullshit. But i did CnP it after I made it... err... dunno whether that counts as CnP or not.

The arm muscles look improperly shaded, but I couldn't figure out how to do that anyway. At least I didn't just recolor the troll ones. Any links to tutorials or something on shading muscle structure would be very appreciated, as well as any tutorials on how clothing looks hanging from a torso, legs/arms, etc. I just did some guess work, but it came out looking cool enough.

The staff looks the coolest IMO. Any criticism, links to drawing tuts?
