Okay I'm about 45% done with us so I thought I would announce it.

Phantasia Empires is a diplomacy type game combined with an awesome city builder and with an advance economy system based on wealth classes and business, advance trade, industry, unemployment level. There are five races to rule over, conquer, enslave, recruit, draft. whatever in the world.

The city builder is very simple to learn. If you have surplus food at the end of each turn you will get a population increase. You then place the population in a neighborhood. If the neighbor hood has schools and jobs avaluble then it will turn into a middle class neighborhood. If there isn't any schools and unemployment is high in that neighborhood then it will probably turn into a ghetto with illegal business and gang warfare. If there are colleges in the neighborhood and jobs then you can start creating big business and then start creating a high class neighborhood. Schools create business men which creates business to create more jobs and thus creating more middle class neighborhoods which lead to getting more money from them from taxes. Fertile land can also become high class neighborhoods. Putting your population in high class neighborhoods means more money. Middle class neighborhood people are factory workers or small business men. High class people are land owners or big business owners. You also have to keep your people happy. Building schools, colleges, temples, small wonders, large wonders, trade/conquering natural resources, creating celebrations, make people happy. Drafting, your cities being attacked, high casualities, high unemployment make them cause riots. If your happiness level is lower than 40% there will riots and mobs. If it's above 85% you will get special bonuses.

Trading is more then just trading wood for gold. First you go and conquer places like ore mines, coal mines, lumberyards, stone quaries, gold mines, fertile land, rivers with furs, oil fields, jungles with spices, gem mines, plains with horses, fishing place. You conquer in diplomacy style. Each one of those will give special units and other bonuses and wood and gold depending on what it is. And factories will require one or more of these. You can get money from factories and natural resources depending on the amount of business in your empire. But you can also trade withother players to get more money. You can build a caravan at the natural resources/factory and then send it to another player market place that doesn't have the resource and you will get money while he gets happiness and special bonuses. If anyone can give me ideas for more natural resources it would be a appreciated.

And you can win the game by conquering the world, being the happiness nation in the world for along time, or by building 8 big wonders.

This won't be finished for awhile since I can only work on it for two hours every week :nono: Now I have to paint a house :nono: But please post comments so I can eventually read them

Oh, I love Diplomacy games! This one adds on to another of my "must-play".

I am currently making my diplomacy map. I know it's a very hard process, as everything is all about mathematics and such, but it comes out great. Norbo's War, for example, was a very nice game.

So, good luck. I can't wait :D
