hey i need to know how to save characters for my rpg. anyone know how to do the code kind or how to install hero save or any other way. thanks |

Saving them... for what purpose? If you want your hero to span multiple maps, like in Blizzard's custom campaign, then use the game cache. If you want a password system, like in Legends and various other Open RPG games, then you'll need to devise yourself a formula that converts all the necessary information into a "code" that can later be read to recreate the hero in another game. |

If you dont feel like making your own one, use the one from Final Fantasy Open RPG. UndeadBudgie wont mind. |
