buildings model/skin request

Hi I'd like to request very simple buildings. They don't require any animations, only the model and skin. I will pay 50 points per model/skin
I realize that this not too much, but I'm not asking for a lot here... well, here's the requests

1. apartment building. simple rectangular shape(width is longer than hight), 5 floors with windows and single door entrance

2. buisness building. also rectangular shape(hight is higher than width, width is square), 100 floors for example, sort of like skyscrapers

3. slum building or ghetto building. this may be different to your taste, just the skin has to be dirty/wornout
