Help with mixing terrains

Ive seen in some maps where they have an ice tileset from icecrown glacier, yet in the same map, they also have some other tileset, like cityscape, can someone tell me how i can mix the tilesets like that? :(

open up WE click the advanced button and then modify tileset i hope you could understand what I ment :D
