I got another skin here for yours and mine enjoyment
this one has no alpha problems W00t!

Its called the Lavos Knight

But it HAS alpha problems, the weapon is clearly surrounded by an area of thick blackness that obviously is meant to be alpha.

Also, get a better screenshot, it´s near impossible to see wether it is only a recolor or something more from this far away.

i wish there was a way to alpha all that stuff but i have no clue how

In Photoshop, go to the alpha layer and just make sure that part is black.

In Gimp, just erase it.
