Soldier Model request

I need a pretty basic soldier model, based on Arthas wit hFrostmourne. A few changes to be made: Wields two swords (Frostmourne in right hand, and a smaller version of it in his left); has a helmet that covers his hair, but not his face (has an opening for his eyes, nose, and mouth); no book; alter animations a little to compensate for second sword (no more reading the book for spells).

I will pay, just name a price.
