Here's something I've been working on since 2-3 days. It's beginning to be easier to draw for me, I must be gaining some skill :P. In this one I tryed to draw clothes, hand, wet-like hair, symbol, and perpective. The symbol on her clothe bother me tho, im wondering if I should keep it, remove it or change it.

Please post all proportion issue and thing I shoul change before I start coloring it.

PS: Are my drawing becoming better or there's still noobish thing im doing?

EDIT: Finished pic at the bottom of the page.

I think the right eye (her right) is a little too far out.

I don't think I am qualified to comment on anything else about her with any authority. (pretty good!)

it looks pretty good, but the eyes look a little odd, kinda weird shaped and a little too high... just imo

Update: My secret... lol

I added something very good to my coloring, custom color highlight(whatever). I add a layer for blue,yellow,brown,pink... then I set opacity to 20% and use the spray tool then blur it, this add a lot to the pic IMO. I dunno how Jac does this similar effect... umm

I may enhance the lineart (mainly her hair). Is there a tool beside contrast that can do what I want? I will probably blur a bit more the yellow and the pink of her hair.

As usual I was very fast on the background... Someday I will make my background with the pencil so I get more detail...

Anyway, How do you rate it compared to what I have done so far?

A really good artist at my school told me that you should always hint at drawing the bottom of an eye (the lid) instead of actually drawing it. Eyes are a strange thing like that. Seriously I can't draw for beans, but I am known for being good at anything I try after some practice. You definately have talent, I can tell that you're drawing is still a little shaky in your own mind. I would say, keep practicing, and you WILL definately become a great artist. :) Just set a goal, 1 new drawing a day. That should be enough to hone your skill :)

Am I understanding I should draw not part of the eye? Just use contrast of color to do the job? Tho I can change that with the contrast tool.

Umm I need an idea for a good pose... help:)

Her entire face (eyes, nose, lips) should be moved right a bit imo. I also think that her shin is a little too big. Colored hair looks dirty o_O

Besides trhat, its quite good pic :D

Update:Eyes, Mouth, Hair, Lineart and Shin.

I changed the color of the lineart at some place, I removed the line of the eyes, cleared the hair and made the shin smaller. Modifying proportion is hard now, I dont want to **** with the coloring/shading.

Which is best? One has the lineart and the other not. If you think I should mix the two pic, tell me which part :P

EDIT: heh I like that new feature.
