Well I'm not telling you to do it, but please not another TD or Maul. Maybe perhaps a Single Player RPG? With some nice touches? Or are you into making a Multiplayer Map? ;o |

A crazy taxi map would be cool, maybe with a few need for speed underground type elements. |

Well...i started a map...i finished most of the triggering...at least enough that you could easily finish it. I don't feel like finishing it. there are 5/6 races to choose from (don't remember) There are two ways to win...either control all four totems...or smash all opposing forces temples. Totems are controlled by sending a god, or a lesser god to them (i'll explain later). The way the game is played is very unique. Each player starts with...a temple 2 resources buildings, and a 'builder' (i say builder, simply because i don't know what else to call him...he don't build anything tho). To build a unit you must select from the temple a unit to be built. Then it becomes a 'evolving' unit. To make it evolve into it's true form you have to give it the resources it requires...you gather resources by standing your 'builder' near the resouce buildings that you've chosen. The first one you choose gives you a resource every 1 second...the second every 2 seconds....the 3rd every 3 seconds...and so on up to 5 resources. resources are 'items' that are held by your builder. He gets the resources, and then 'gives' them to the evolving unit. When it gets all it requires, it becomes it's true form. Temples are upgraded to build stronger creatures. Each upgrde gets you 1 wood...which allows for a purchase of a new resource building. tier 3 allows you to build lesser gods, which take an immense amount of resources. To build a god, you must use a lesser god to take control of a totem (stand near a totem not controlled by you for 2 minutes). There is also a 'resource' trader in the middle of the map...where you can swap resources for gold, and use gold to buy other resources, or upgrade your temple. The game is all about picking which resources go best with each race..as well as timing making big creatures and taking a lot of time and resources, or ammass smaller creatures using less resources and time. Neway...if you want what i've got, pm me, email me [email protected], or just start it new on your own. |
