So here's the Seal in all of his dodged and burned glory. At least I'm learning.....despite this thing taking more than three weeks to finish proper. However if someone could give some advice, the grey details on the front of the vest......are turning yellow and fuzzy when I zoom out or pan the camera. The texture size is 512x512.....and I know I've seen other people's textures that are better and more detailed than mine.....and none of them complain of the yellowing in-game. I suspect this has to do with mip-maps.....any ideas? Thanks. |

the green looks great, but the black needs more shading and texture to it. If my advice is unhelpful, and confusing, send me the TGA and I will gladly add some texture to it.. It looks great, though, especially the green and the gloves! |

Yeah.....come to think of it, the light grey outlines are a little too bright. I think I'll try and darken them a tad. I'm only afraid that you won't be able to make out what they are from a distance if I make 'em too dark. Oh well....I just want to get rid of those horrid yellow smears. It's gonna take a couple days before I can direct my full attention to it, but I'll post something once I've edited the vest details. Cheers. |

I dont really see anything bad about the skin. Just it feels to be missing something. Maybe you should put more focused details, like rips in the shirt or scratches on the gun, anything to make it look more realistic. |
