Im new to the editor and was wondering how to do those water scenes where you are in the water and the water is raised up? Plz tell me. o_O |

what exactly do you mean by 'raised up?' I can prolly help you, but I don't quite understand what you mean. |

I'm guessing you mean you want to know how to make a beach type thing. It requires more work, but it looks alot better in most cases. Basically you just need to start a new map and make the terrain all shallow (or deep) water. Then, use the raise terrain tool and raise all the terrain on the map to the level you would like above water. Now you just need to use the lower terrain tool to make water, since you have water "underneath" the land. This will make a sloped beach transition between the water and land. Hope this helps. |

ok like in cinematic tri-whatever you go to advanced in the world editor and go to advanced and uncheck enforce water height limits. then use the cliff thing and raise cliffs by 2 or whatever. then put deep water on top of it and then there you go. :D |

yes! thats exactly wat i mean. thats where i got the will to know how to do that raised water thing, from cinematic tri-x. :D ill try that ill tell ya if i still need help. ty |
