New format

I want an option between the new and the old, lets start a petition! They keep cropping off the NE pic at the top don't they? booohoooo. Slower loading on the new one too, and I'm confused.

hmm the night elf up top looks fine to me, but i really don't like the new format. the old was much better. faster load times ahhh those were the days plus where'd all our points go :(

This layout actually loads a lot faster than the older one. The server is upgrading to a newer vers of vB (look around..) hence it will lag for around a month while the staff struggles to add in all their custom features. The old themes DO NOT work with this vers of vB, and will most likely never come back for some time. Points will be reset and re-enabled with a new system because they were too plentiful (members with like 4000 was bullshit) and useless, so now Draco is devising his TOP-SECRET new point system (he'll tell us later...)

*mutters* I had almost 5000, and a very low post count. 1500 or so were from you and Kain, but I also won points from various contests and "earned" them via ratings on my art. I don't think there's anything wrong with that - if anything, they could have simply adjusted the costs in the store so that everything wasn't dirt cheap.

The new system is supposed to discourage spamming for points, but I only have 160-ish posts - I didn't spam for mine, and they were going to be used for modding. What do the mods/devs have to say about that?

To be honest I like the old one better, the only problem with the old one was that archer on the top. I see they used the same archer for this one - . -.

This new lay out is a bit too much. Yah the old one was plain and simple dark grey , but the simplicity gave it certain professional look to it ( not counting the archer on the top =/) but this new layout the leaves and the metal thing on the borders is a bit too much ........ I keep getting distrated by the leaves, and for some reason it feels a bit more crowded and cluttered ( maybe its because there is so much borders )

Is there any way that you would be able to let the artist community here know how to make themes of their own?

I don't care about the archer... What I do care about is that now I get "Server is too busy" and that really puts a damper on how much I post... cause its just a damned hassle.

why does some non-mods get non-sheep avatars? thats so bogus.....
and arg.... i hate this new layout, i didnt have to scroll five miles to get to the next post

it looks cool... and the lag is just because theres so much changing right now, but i think it goes faster.... plus the way that images are thumbnail size makes image viewing a lot easier... so i dont really see any problem, except that the bulkiness of everything clutters it all and the way each post gets it own border and chains connecting them is pretty annoying. :\

(and that all our points are gone sucks... but points were pretty pointless anyways (no pun intended))

Most things are unnoticable for normal user... duh.

I always said that forum graphics should be as clear and simple as possible... apparently wc3c staff thoughts are opposite....

I agree with Kimchi, I can barely read anything. It just feels so out of place. And I do hate scrolling so damn far, I was only reading the top post for a while because I thought there were no replies.

This sucks. :( The forums were perfect before. We can't see the Night Elf'd cleavage anymore either.

You can't "switch back" to vb2 and view it that way. It's a completely different thing.
