Suggestion: Open theme creation to the artists

I would ask that someone would be kind enough to tell the artists in the concept forum how to create themes for the site... by making it a community project, the process will go much faster.

I hope there is someone out there who will be willing to tell us how these themes are created.

They could look up tutorials on VB3 and that should be enough. This is VB3, correct?

There might be licencing issues with providing the files required for theme creation. I own a vBulletin forum, and I'd be wary of givving away the css and xml files (and the images for modification) because of the legal grounds.

...eh... I guess I'll have to figure something else out...

It sounds like an interesting thing to me, if you will be able to finish it and have it look professional. You can feel free to try and make one, but no guarantees.

thanks for the reply draco... I just need a list of all the graphics needed for a full theme... and size, etc.

Well, I doubt they are... they're just unwilling to make new themes by themselves.

If someone else wants to make one then by all means they should be able to.
