Where is this found?

I just reformatted, and I had a program that extracted a height map from the W3E file in a map. I think it was named "W3E Viewer", but I've searched and searched but can't find it. It wrote the result to a global array named "Height" I really want to find this; any help is appreciated

I've never heard of such a program but it sounds really useful.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Remy sent it to me, but I saw it awhile ago (I think) in the d/l section

This tool is part of the FPS Mod SDK, which is available in the download section, if I recall correctly. It reads the W3E file to compute height arrays, that are required for the FPS Mod.
