2 - Since you can generate a picture instead of the main screen, could this be done to just one player? I'm looking for ways via trigger to screw with a player's ability to see.

What do you mean, shown only to one player on the loading screen or in-game?

Knowing him, a multiplayer game but only shown to one player.
