How's this look?

I've been trying to get by proportions down for a few weeks now, and i think this came out quite well. Tell me what you think of it. BTW, the paper IS pink, and i folded it so it'd fit in my pocket 'cause i drew it in school after some dumb standarized test. :)

arm seems a bit... thin, pants tooooooooooooooo low

Hah, alright, the pants are supposed to be that low, just the look i was goin' for.. And yeah, now that i look at it, the arm IS too thin. Thanks. More C&C welcome!

He needs to buy a shirt. And a belt.

Nice pic, and it will/would look a lot better if his arms were thicker.

Buffed up his biceps. Tell me if it looks any better, or if i should buff up the forearm too.

Am i the only one who noticed his disproportionate legs?

I think his legs are only appear disproportionate because of his excessively low pants. I didn't look very closely at the picture, though, so I could be wrong.

[edit]: Because I posted, I felt obligated to take a closer look. Is he supposed to have a pencil neck?

No he is not. About how much thicker do you think i should make it?

The biggest flaws I can find is the head (egg-head?) and the arms (the upper arm(?) is a bit short).

Yeah. I can see the whole egg-head thing. Well, i'm actually starting to take my drawing WAY more seriously. I'm starting to study all sorts of stuff (on my own), and today i'm researching the human head. I'm now seeing my flaws. Thanks for the comments though guys.
