Lost Temple (JCarrill0 Version)

I am Making an Altered Melee Map on the Tileset "Lost Temple" from the ROC Version. My version though has some new additions to normal melee. In a sense, Its an expansion to the Frozen throne fetuing campign units as melee and some tweeks to rebalnce the units out. The following will tell a Brief Description New in my Version:
  • Some tweeks here and there need to be done fixing the Races:
    - Allaince (Human)
    - Horde (Orc)
    - Sentinel (Night Elf)
    - Scourge (Undead)
  • New Hero For Each Race
  • you can make all 5 Heroes from each race.
  • Dragons r basicly the only merc u will find for hire.
  • Naga has new units as well as the other 4 races, (but no new hero)
  • Two other Neutral Races Besides naga will be reveled Later.
  • Max Units will be 300.
  • Creeps exp can go to max level of hero
  • Terrain itslef has been edited.
  • New Neutral Object: Fountain of Regeneration (heals health and mana)
  • Ideas are mostly from the Campign, and myself to balance it.

and Zethiros What I meant was the only Mercinaries to hire was Dragons, but I am Wrong I updated it to ahve an Interesrting Merc Camp that allows Brewaster, pandarans(SP), and a few others for Hiring.

Too many heros a melee map does not make.

Three heros is enough. 5+ leads only to problems.

ThyFlame Some may Disagree, some may agree. I made this map for people who like altered melees and additional expansions to TFT. I think its more fun :D

Well the decision is of yours, of course. If you plan on making 5 heros allowed, make absolutely sure they are balanced, meaning their defaults may be too strong.

ITs Basicly an Expansion of TFT. u kinow 4out of the 5 heroes! the other i balanced.. my customs I balanced out. anyways I plan to work on the Alliance (HUMANS) Now.

I was also hoping other ppl might be interested in heping me... I have a few glitches and problems that Wc3c could help me with.. One is Buildable Way Gates and another is for the Orcs Choas Effect. I got that to Run Great, But I have a few probelms to work out.

Max limit 300.... isnt that... a bit much? o_O how will u ever be able to micro 300 units??

And really. If there are four players and everyone of them has 300 units. Its friggin 1200 units there!! It would slow every computer!!! Just forget it dude...

It was made to handle 300 units and it will stay 300 units besides all the games i played i got only about 150 units per game. StarCraft had max of 200 unitrs (of corse that was 2-D) asnd I dont Plan to change that.

Anyways I am still having trouble with the Way Gate system, and another few glitches with the Choas Effect. The Choas Effect is a Simple Process that turns all Orcs (Grunts, Raiders, Kodo Beasts, Warlocks, BladeMaster) into Fel Orcs (Chaos). I was worried about the Blademaster lossing his hero level when changing into Fel Orc, but it works fine.

The Fel Orc Peons is a problem. They dont seem to build structures after the turn into fel orcs. now all they did was change from regular Peons into Fel Orc peons much as troll headhunter turn into beserker. I have Fel Orc Peons building only fel orc buildings as well...Fel orc great hall, baracks, spirit loge, alter, beastry. the reason i did that was cuz if ur orc u can have more, but thes another way to get a hold of a fel orc peon, and i dont want other ppl with other races getting a hold of one and building orcs and theeir race so the buildings limit them to only Fel orcs! if they get a hold of the real fel orc peon and not the regular peon that turn into fel orc peon, it builds the fel orc buildings just fine! so what the problems there? why cant I build building once i tranform orcs into fel orcs?

thats not the only problem. when a fel orc peon builds alter, he can build the fel orc blademaster (oops a teaser of a hiiden hero!) anyways say ur orc and u get a hold of another blademaster, now u have two blademasters running around. one regular and one fel orc, i dont want that to happen, cuz say u upgrade chopas effect then u have 2 fel orc blademasters! is their a trigger to do that?

Another problem is changing the build icons, once upgraded u can now build fel orcs, but the build grunt button still is regular grunt buttons, same for all fel orc units except Blademaster, cuz Once he changes his icon does too.
