Animation Request!!

hi there! need to animate my first model... (edited model) and i don't know a sh** how to animate it... if it works, the footman animation should be fine... one problem i just saw is that the footman has the sword in the left hand an my "dread fighter in the right! just tell me if i should send it in .max or .mdx and how much points i should send you!...
PS. the server is busy now and i'll post a pic in him later...
