Site Template Info?

Does anyone know where to get a blank site template (optional) or where to (or a way to) test out vb3 templates? I have no clue how vb3 functions but would love to submit a template, but I don't even know where to start. Any info is appreciated.

(edit) Okay, nm, I checked it out more and I guess the php just has to do with style sheets and assigning images through simple commands. So I guess a better question is this.

What are all the things you must have for vb3 templates? Examples would be:
Posts - Top Bar, Top Bar Left and Right Ends, Left Bar, etc.
Between Post Bar
Background: same as post
etc etc etc

You cannot really "get" a template like this, as it has been edited quite a bit by the staff. We started with the generic vb3 one and customized it. I'm pretty sure it was "xttocs" that did most of the templating.

ok theres something called a style code its in the header.

then the body of the html doc. you can call these styles by using class's. the template is the stylesheet.

wich is used on each of the web html documents.

its umm a zip with a .ace file in it.... HTML editor.
