I made one once that conjured up rain and thinder bolts. The bolts hit randomly in a set area you cast the spell. They also made a thunderclap effect when they hit, complete with a matching AOE with them.

Theres this great spell i check where u hav one skill that selects units then the other skil that completely demolishes the units that u selected is it possible to make that to make it with only one skill button?

This may not exactly be a spell, but the grenade system in the downloads system is awesome.

And to your question, I don't think this is a very good way to poll opinions. Maybe giving us five or so of your favorite and then asking us which ones we like the best is a better approach. The best spell I've seen are all the summon spells (Rexxar), they seem to be the coolest.
