You can't directly make a .mdx with gmax.
You can use DeX to export to .mdl which you can convert with yobguls file converter to a .mdx

Where can i find that file converter...And how do i make .mdl ? Everything i can do with DeX exporter is that i can make some stuff in some listener. Is it the .mdl ? Im new at this stuff :\ ...but i want to learn.

Hmmmm...I copied the stuff from the listener to some text file and then changed its file extension to .mdl and then tried to use file converter to make it mdx...Then i got some error. It says "Error reading model file: Error (line1): Unexpected token " ½"

iono you probably have a plethora of problems i could be wrong, Gmax is crap, i know i use it. Though it gets the job done if your patient. Anyway you need to convert a war3 model to mdl, then empty that mdl file until its well empty! then you CnP your listener information into that.
