You can't directly make a .mdx with gmax. You can use DeX to export to .mdl which you can convert with yobguls file converter to a .mdx |

Where can i find that file converter...And how do i make .mdl ? Everything i can do with DeX exporter is that i can make some stuff in some listener. Is it the .mdl ? Im new at this stuff :\ ...but i want to learn. |

Hmmmm...I copied the stuff from the listener to some text file and then changed its file extension to .mdl and then tried to use file converter to make it mdx...Then i got some error. It says "Error reading model file: Error (line1): Unexpected token " ½" |

iono you probably have a plethora of problems i could be wrong, Gmax is crap, i know i use it. Though it gets the job done if your patient. Anyway you need to convert a war3 model to mdl, then empty that mdl file until its well empty! then you CnP your listener information into that. |
