need help with "insert image" thing

how do you use the icon that says "insert image"? i tried to put an image in using copy-paste but it didtn work, how do u do it?? :\

The image need to be hosted on a website.

ok it works but y cant u do it when u edit your signature?

The code is without the * arterisks. I'm not aware of wc3c disabling sig images. Or, it'll require points to add a image - i don't know sad to say.
