Any mp2 to mp3 converter?

Does anyone know if there is any program which allows conversion from mp2 to mp3?

iTunes. See why macs are so much better :D iTunes will convert pretty much anything, but it handles midis poorly.

I've downloaded winLAME and it seems to be able to convert from mp2 to mp3.
