Only one of a certain building?

how can u make it so a person can only build 1 of a certain farm

like

requirements:
other building of same type to be destroyed

that kind of thing

Set up the action

Player - Limit Training of unit-type

Then just set it to whatever building/unit you want and the amount you want to be able to build
