I know it has to be possible to upgrade non-hero abilities to level 2 and maybe above, the game does it for raise skeleton. (If you change it to a hero ability you see that the level 2 raises a skeleton mage and level 1 doesn't). How do make non-hero abilities that can be upgraded? |

Make a custom upgrade that sets the level of the abillty to the level you wish. |
