Again? The alpha channels are corrupt do this to fix them. Get a new tga from the mpq (save it as "NewRifleman.tga") Open your skin "OldRifleman.tga" and new "OldRifleman.tga" in PSP Copy and Paste "OldRifleman.tga" onto "NewRifleman.tga" You may need to sent opacity to 99%. Then flatten layers. Save "NewRifleman.tga" and convert. It should be fixed. |

no he means copy your custom rifleman skin onto a re-extracted rifleman skin, if it still dont work then theres something wrong with your converter. |

the right compression is none, you dont want compression at all. Also dont merge layers... |
