Animations in mdls?

I'm trying to make an alpha tauren all the animations look great execpt that he has his left arm up high be cause he usaaly holds the log. The attack animations look perfect for the ball and chain, but the standing does not. Is there a way to edit animations in mdl to lower the his left arm? All I have done so for is removed the log.

its possible, alot of animations bliz did are done in mdl (spider for example), alfred can probably tell you. why dont u ask him?
