Error when i submit files

When i gonna submit a file / skin it keps say some sort of error
im pressing at SUBMIT - FILE beside SUMBIT - MAP
and it comes upp a window with a lot of marks it says register and are you not cookied and something like that , please help me! :(

-> You dont have access to view cat/file.
-> Your search has no results.
-> Category hasnt have the file starting with the letter you clicked.
-> If you are logged in, you might have to first activate your account via the activation code you receive in your emailbox on signup, please activate your account first.
-> If you arent logged in use the login box below to log-in the system.
that it looks like please help me!!

Its either your file sucks or You cannot add a file to our database. You have to be active user to be able to add a file to our database.

What the hell that means!! Can't I be desent mapmaker without being so active here?? :o

I just wanted to add new versions of my maps here but.... :<

it works now but now i get another error .. it says UNABLE TO SUBMIT ORCFLESHGOLEM.BLP .JPG
its wierd :P :(

ur files proly messed up
"Active User" means that u have to have been here a while and done a lot of posts

I get this message as I try to add a file or map. What is going on? When I try to login with the little boxes at the bottom, it brings up my personal profile, but for viewing rather than editing... If anyone knows how to combat the problem, please help me!
