Model and skin request

Hi, Im creating a campaign which Imdoing alone, but I need a little help from modelers and skinners. I need a model for this picture attached (without the bird on him). I also need a skin for him. He looks to me kind of like a Demon Hunter, but please, try to make the model from stratch if you decide to do it :). Also, Im going to need new icons, so right now, if someone could make me a falcon icon, like a Lanner Falcon (look on google image search), I would be very grateful. If you want points for doing this, you can have them, but I dont have very many to give.
