Trying another (elven harpy, kinda)

Alright, trying another two pencil sketches, tho these are several years old and feature a char of mine that doesn't really fit into WC much (unless you take it as a spin on a young 'elven harpy')...tho perhaps you'll find her cute at least. ;)

As I'm unsure how the order of the pics will show up on listing, two attached pics are of her sitting, the other two are in a leaning/standing pose (one shaded, one linear of each).

She's another somewhat, eh, 'leggy' gal (tentative name is Serafina) but very 'cute' IMO. Anyway, these pics are very old and I know of SEVERAL weak points on both images (try not to focus too much on how bad/small the ears are [particularly for a half-elf], how frizzy the hair can be, and how the wings are a bit too simple...hopefully, I've improved since then ^_^ )

Lemme say right now before more (?) responses that the wings were supposed to be 'bat-like' (she wasn't really a 'harpy' by the common definition of one...something mixed with elves and dark...we're NOT talking Warcraft here) way back when I drew it...I'll withhold a full response for now...

It would most likely be akin to a succubus or something then. I think you should give us the full explanation though... withholding information will get you no where.

well, aside from the her left foot on the standing one, and the joints on that pic's legs (they just look odd to me) i think its good.
i would say i dont like the wings, but that would be redundent. Although in saying that i wont talk about the wings, i am talking about the wings, the wings which i wont talk about i mean, but im talking about them... DOH!

Succubi are generally over-curvaceous, sexy, predator seducers. -_- I don't think she looks terribly like one. More like a cute, mischievous little demon girl (depending on wot colours she is).

maybe its a young succubus, a succubus that hasnt had much experiance, in short, a succubus n00b. I guess im alone in my feelings about that one foot.

On what she is...eh, since '(rag) winged elf' doesn't seem to be working, fine, think of her as a succubus/half-demon or something...seems to fit the mentality here. ^^

On withholding info, I just meant withholding a full response to replies here in this thread. Since it's hit or miss on whether people read info, I didn't bother to write the background on this character.

On showing new stuff...the FC Rogue/Myrine threads were new...

On that left foot, yes, I see it too...it's bad, plain and simple. Should've made it rounder and not shown the toes 'behind' it. Draw one foot good, one foot bad, just to even things out... <:

On coloring, eh, this stuff is old and I don't really see reason/desire around to color them anyway. *shrugs*

Nah, feel free. I'd give a rudimentary color scheme for the character (brown hair, green eyes, red wings with dark red membranes, green wrist bands, red leg 'bands', dark green skirt, gray-ish top) but I don't mind if ppl improvise.
