SKin not working on this site

The nord skin from morrowind, found here
will not work. I put it in the path textures\Arthas.blp and the body was red with no arms or weapon. Please help whether it's the file or the path, if anyone knows the right path, it'd be apprieciated.

pm the author of the skin and ask him...

I registered 2 days ago but now i can't go to the download page anymore. anyone knows why? (it worked before i registered) :<
