Funny discovery: Invulnerable zombies.

Make a periphat of health that gives an astronomical negative number. (-3000). Now have a hero pick it up boom he just died. Revive him, now he is invulnerable to all blows and units will attack him. He is now an immortal undead, the only way to restore his mortality is remove the periphat.

That has the potential to be a very nifty campaign item. So dramatic for a bug.

Its very nice in the sense that you now have a way to make an invulnerable attackable unit without some perioidic or event that fires each time he gets attacked. Its quite useful if you really think of it. The only hitch unfortuantly is the damn instant death thing requiring a revive. Perhaps if you give the unit negative hp at start he will start in zombie mode.

I've found a way to add negative to bonus mod really easily, (one ability per stat) so I wanted to test my highest negative value on each stat (-1024) I forgot my test unit only had 550 HP. Well it was kind of funny. I have to wonder what happens with mana, I have not tested but would it be like infinite mana?

The problem being when we rely on an exploit it will get "fixed" and the maps will get ?ucked. Remember the stackable item ability thing?

It works for just about everything. If you give negative STR, HP, ect.

As for mana, it should, though I haven't tested it. Negative agility slows the attack rate, predictably.

The easiest method for invulnerability is hardened skin, with a damage block of 999999 and a min damage of 0.

Ah, but that wont protect against spells, this i asume does?

The cool thing with this thing, is that then the unit's hit point-bar will be black...thus the: "He is now an immortal undead" comment from weaaddar. :)
