ThyFlame's Spell Request Thread

I can do some simple trigger spells, Im kinda new to mapmaking.
Well can you use JASS?

And can we request XP and lvl and money?

Apart from those, heres my request.

Gravity Flux

Creates a void in the dimension that pulls enemy units to it. If the enemy unit is pulled into the void, it will recieve 50 damage per second and stun.

You can request it... but I can't guarantee anything.

Describe 'pulling' the units into the well in more detail, please.

f.ex. Slowly drag units 600.00 away from the center of the void towards the center and if it gets within 250.00 do 50 damage/sec?

Duration of spell?

Uhm... I hope your going to do an actual 'pull' effect... anyways. Good attempt to tackle this stuff, I have done it in the past. Heres my idea.

Posion Nova

Just like the one in Diablo 2.

i would do something where it orders the units to move into the portal

but do an animation trigger where it locks their body and head facing the other direction

and set the movement speed to something really slowly
that is just my idea

I already figured out how to do the pull (granted I spent an hour pondering it and then actually wrote psuedo code [for a trigger?!]), so this ought to be one hell of a nice spell if I can pull it off ^_^.

I sorta think that's already been made :-p.

Complex triggers do not make cool spells ALL the time... So how about that Posion Nova?

Sigh, I guess my plan backfired. While you people are gawking at that crusty posion nova spell. Take a look at mine. The whole point of me doing this was to see if you could top mine. I guess you don't feel like it. Anyways, if you think that one is cool, gawk at this one.

It's nice, but 1.) Doesn't follow the appearance of the original spell and 2.) Make your own thread to show spells off :p not mine.

I was showing you, don't gawk at someone elses spell, when mine is better. Haha.
