I can't seem to blend the colors on the mountain together like I want them to and I need help!!! I'm using Painter 8.0, I want to know how to blend them while keeping their shine and darkness and blah blah blah blah blah. |

Haven't tried Painter yet (... still...), but if you can set the brushes to be lower transparency, then just set it pretty low (20% or whatever) and use the paintbrush (or whatever colour-applying tool) to blend. Select the colour directly adjascent to what you want to blend, then go over the area where the colours meet with that low-opacity brush. Then select the NEW colour that is the product of the two previous colours blending, and wipe that over the area a bit... etc. Just toy with that until it looks natural! =) If you try that, post a WIP (or the finished version) so I can see. Not the best at explaining. |

He want's to make it look good... you can't make something look good in photoshop or any other program in a few seconds. I'd say what Jac said is pretty good... and that was a good question Moon. icbm1987 |

Blur/smudge can blur quickly, if you want that completely Photoshopped look. The way I suggested is for a more painterly look. |
