How do I get at project site?

Me and a friend are working on a mod called NoEvil... So how do I get get a project site/forum for it?? :(

lol you have to make a site on your own and to get fourms i think you alredy have to have like a stable team or something and it looks like a good project once you get that contact a person like site director

not very ez....get a lot more ppl, not just ur friend....try gathering more ppl from this forum, show that u guys can actually do something w/o killing each other, show some improvements, worthwhile thing that shows that ur campaign is unlike any other.....
