Damn elevators....

I was following this tutorial http://www.campaigncreations.org/war...tutorial.shtml , but i can't lift the damn things to their rightful place... HOW IS THAT DONE?! It says shift and page up or page down, but it isn't reacting in any way...

choose all doodads you want to raise/lower the hight
and...
