How do I create a custom picture for Fade Filters in Cinematics?

Balor	What kind of format do pictures need to be in order to use them for fade filters. What type of file? Does anyone know? Do I need special programs to create this type of file? Keep in mind, I have a MAC. HELP!

lightningorc	the ways of mac confuses me, im pretty sure it has to be in tga format and if you want to make one the correct size it is width: 800 pixels heiths: 600 pixels you basically need to know the basics of skinning
