SKin challenge

I download a skin from the skins, section, download here. I downloaded this skin, loaded it the path textures\Arthas.blp, when i saved, and restarted WE the skin was all red, and had no arms or hammer. IF you can tell me how to fix i'll give you a cookie! :D
But I bet you can't.....
