Aphrodite

Not the actual goddess, this is the current (accepted) skin for an Illidan-side heroine in Erwtenpeller and Vigor's 'Coastal Conflict' map in development. It's based on the sorceress model and uses a slightly edited mdx (I didn't do it).

To quote Erw in his map thread:

Aphrodite was the most beautiful sorceress of the alliance, and soon found out she could easily manipulate friends and allies with her charms. She is a supportive caster that is adept at keeping enemies from attacking her and messing with the minds of both allies and enemies.
Aphrodite can heal allies, stop enemies from targeting her, teleport and pursuade enemy heroes to join her cause.'

The first attached image should be the current version. The other one, with the longer skirt and, eh, 'displaying less' was the last version on the original sorc model (kinda just showing a step in the design). The first/custom skin has all the team color taken out (mostly to remove that cloth in front of her legs...don't look at me, Erw wanted that gone ;) ) and a shorter skirt as well as having the red skinned in her shoulder guards. The second version shown is just displaying team color on the shoulder pads.

Anyway, there it is (for now). ^^

Quick add-on:

Only showed the portrait in one screenshot as it didn't change between those two versions.

It needs some pinks and reds it would fit her more.

What mock1 said. Also, I would siggest re-doing the hair. I never liked the original Sorc hair...Hah, I also like the heart on her breasts.

- work on the feet
-make the definitions in the clothes more noticable, and do overall shading on them.
-new hair, and headband a new color

overall it looks good :)

8/10 Looks alright you should probily fix her feet because they look weird and change her hair.

Psy did change the hair, sillies. ;P The original sorc is a brunette, I believe.

Remember, Erw asked for her to be wearing a crown of leaves and to be "blonde and very hot." I think Psy did a great job. ^^ Then again I've looked at the skin a lot, so it's hard for me to be objective. =x

Legs need some work.

Clothes need LITLE BIT more shading.

u cant give her bare feet, the model is skinned for shoes, if you try to skin bare feet onto it, it looks ****ed up. Other than that its a nice skin.

hmm.. maybe white sox would be cool ^^~!

i think psy did a great job for me, (he?she?) pwned what i wanted for this character. it just looks really cool...

Great skin! :D But consider working on her legs, the model doesn't help much in that area...

Oh, and thx for the credits on the model... :< At least I know it is being put to a good use ^_^

Sorry, I definitely said above I didn't take credit for the edited model...I didn't exactly know you made it till now (Erw just gave me a link to the download). Apologies. :(

And yes, it's a quite counter-productive model IMO...yeah, the skin is getting a few edits currently...tho some things Erw wanted in her concept.

Oh, don't worry, I wasn't blaming you :D I saw on the first post where you said you didn't know who did it. Erw should have told you that. Anyways, I like to see my work being used ^_^ Can't wait to see the new version!
