Ok.. Kinda A Uber Newb Q, But Hey I Was There B4 too, Heres What You Do, Go To Scenariao>Player Options, Make All Your Players and set them, then go to forces, select use custom forces and fixed player settings and check the boxes u want allies to have!
nononono, i have done the forces thing long ago. what i was asking is to not allow units do manual attack to another allie unit. like you click the attack button on the unit and target an allied unit. i dun want some ppl to attack their allies manually in my map. so can someone tell me how?

1) Remove the friend stuff or whatever there is in the object editor (-> units -> footman -> attack targets)
2) Trigger like
if unit is attacked and owner of attacking unit is ally of attacked unit
then order attacking unit to stop
msg to all players "(owner of attacking unit) has sex with dead animals"
