a model/spell that is a cloud and it floats to a targeted enemy and shoots down lightning?

maybe a neutral unit. Because i don't use neutral untis in my maps too much so that'd be nice. If you want a specefic unit though please tell me.

um i was debating where it should go. But i know i was stupid and put it in triggers. Should it of gone in models or skinning?
