I recently played Darky27s map Circle Defense and realized that most people doesn't like new maps :\ (At least not the ones on the Europe server). So then I played a Battle Royale map and well :P People actually joined, so I decided to try creating a more advanced version of a termination map where you get to choose alignment sex character etc each with special bonuses. v-v-v-v Updated v-v-v-v I have started a new map where the user will be able to choose if he/she wants to quest like a normal RPG or kill his/hers opponents. I'm making this map because it might get some people to start playing the more advanced ones like RPG's and questingmaps. The map will featuring the following things(Options marked with a * has been done): -Basics -Teams -12 players will be teamed up within 6 teams -If one player dies it's game over for that team unless the player who dies has the ressurectionskill (ready) -Alignment (Good, Neutral, Evil)* -Good gives the user the ressurect ability (which takes 5 minutes to recharge.) -Neutral grants the hero a periodic health regeneration of 100 HP / min (or every 2nd min) -Evil grants the berserker spell to the unit, the unit will do 100 extra damage while HP < 100 -Sex (Male, Female)* -No difference between those two except for the characterlook ingame -Class (Paladin, Sorcerer, Druid, Mage Slayer, Warrior, Necromancer)* -Good -Paladin -Sorcerer -Neutral -Druid -Mage Slayer -Evil -Warrior -Necromancer -Normal Skills -Each hero will have 3 normal skills to choose between (Original spells) -Paladin |-Endurance Aura |-Devotion Aura |-Thorns Aura -Sorcerer |-Mana aura (can't recall it's name =P) |-Frost Nova |-Fireball -Druid |-Summon Bear |-Summon Wolves |-Summon stormcrow -Mage Slayer |-Mana Burn |-Purge |-Blood Lust -Warrior |-??? |-??? |-??? -Necromancer |-Raise Skeleton |-Unholy Frenzy |-Corpse Explosion -Special Skills -Each hero will also have access to 3 triggerspells + the alignment -Story -In progress =\ -Victory / Defeat conditions -Victory -Kill all your opponents (This is for the players who prefer Termination maps) -Finish all the quests (This will probably have some nice advantage so that they will actually go questing) -Defeat -The user or the users teammate dies This is what I'm working on, could you now please help me with more ideas that might spice the gaming up on this map =) I'm also looking for someone who can do the terraining. gimme the story and i may be of assistans in the gameplay ideas... nut first of all you need hell loads of spells and the 3 special ones should be trigger based... cause more people will play your map then... maybe some new skins.. and if you have time do some icons and maybe a UI. or just use killstArs custom UI. |

Skins and models won't be in the first version, since I don't have any skinner / modeller. I won't have any difference between male or female characters just between the characters / alignments. Atm you are able to choose alignment, sex, and class. The main idea is to let the players play without rules, or with them so that they can just kill anything or play by quests. So when they get tired of the killing they might actually start to go with the quest to get some variation =) [For more info read the updated mainpost] What I want help with is mainly the spells and ideas.
