The animation on this archer's cape is f!@#$% up! It doent move like it should can somebody fix this for me?

I was just looking at the model in the Viewer and i realized that there is a cape with an animation! For some reason, the skin is just there not movint with the cape.Why is it doing this?

The bone attachments must have been messed up. That way part of the cape is moving while the other isn't. Let me check this one as soon as I'll find time.

Could this be something to do with the vertex grouping? I noticed that when i opened the .mdl, the vertex group in the cape was all 0. Could this be my problem?
