OHOw do i insert buffs and efects to my map?

I have remade blizzard so that the ice balls is green but i dojnt know how to apply them inte the game so that i can use it as a buff or effect i just get it as an icon choose.

Use the Buff editor.

Can you give me a link to download the buff editor or do you mean the one in The world editor

title says it all...psh...someone hasnt been on FT's WE much.....
