I am new to this so could someone plz tell me how to get new models onto the map editor? |

Make the model name whatever you want, doesn't matter at all what the unit model is. Example lets say you want to import a NoGlowArthas.mdx model, well then make the model name Units\Human\NoGlowArthas\NoGlowArthas.mdx then extract the arthas portrait using wc3viewer, import that file as Units\Human\NoGlowArthas\NoGlowArthas_Portrait.mdx then you import the .blp file (texture skin) and use the ReadME the model came with to find the .blp path, or ask the person who made it. Or do what I do and simply use the mdl converter and look in the mdl file of the mdx, and find the texture path. |
